"Step Up To The Plate"
Tuesday, August 31st

Public awareness event to demonstrate BBBS's need for more volunteer Big Brothers. Local men, representing various careers, will be volunteering
their time to be paired with a little brother for the evening at a Lancaster Barnstormer game. Special
pre-game and between innings activities will
take place for the participants.

You can also help our agency that evening by purchasing tickets to the game. Purchase them
on-line and $4.00 will be donated to us.

Our agency recognizes the importance of partnering with other community organizations to provide the best services and experiences possible to our littles and their mentor.
Below is just one of the many "community friends" we would like to recognize for their support.

Since its humble beginnings
as a small scale company
in 1975, Garber Metrology
has grown to become one of the premiere weighing equipment and calibration companies in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Today the company operates two distinct but closely connected divisions: Weighing Solutions and Calibration/Metrology Services.

When building their new facility on W. Oregon Road in Lititiz, their CEO and BBBS Board Member Jay Garber, generously offered to make part of it as the new home for our agency's main office. Thanks to Jay and his company for making us feel so welcome!
